Domestic bourses continued to extend losses during the noon trading as weak global cues and sluggish growth outlook of companies spooked investors.

At 12:20 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 60275.3 down by -703.45 points or by -1.15 % and then NSE Nifty was at 17901 down by -217.3 points or by -1.2 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 60899.21 and intraday low of 60081.36 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 18100.6 and intraday low of 17846.15

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (Rs. 8790.00,+1.05%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (Rs. 2612.00,+0.52%), Tata Steel Ltd. (Rs. 120.65,+0.25%), Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Rs. 775.60,+0.01%), among others.

The top losers of the BSE Sensex pack were State Bank of India (Rs. 571.35,-3.87%), IndusInd Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1176.70,-2.94%), HDFC Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1656.90,-2.27%), ICICI Bank Ltd. (Rs. 851.80,-2.18%), UltraTech Cement Ltd. (Rs. 6695.85,-1.76%), among others.
